Services
I know the client/therapist interaction can facilitate the ability to achieve clients’ goals.
As part of that belief, I strive to hear my clients, help them view and use their strengths, and help them build coping skills to navigate the jungle called life.
As You discover where you want to go, never give up even if it means taking one step (row) at a time and breaks to enjoy the adventure. Through this process, one can create a journey that allows a person to look at the past, present, and future…
“Wherever you are be there.”

I received my training as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor from the University of Utah, and upon graduating from that program, I achieved the needed requirements to be a licensed substance use disorder counselor.
However, after working in the substance abuse field for a number of years, I realized my strengths and talents did not align well with the specializations needed for that area. I learned that trauma focused therapy, such as helping people with PTSD and Complex PTSD is congruent with my strengths, my soul, and my perspectives of the world.
Thus, I voluntarily chose to place my substance use disorder license on an inactive status which allows me to not have to complete continuing education units to keep it active when it was not being used.
